Make Sure You Are on the Voters List

  • You must be on the Voters List for Carling to vote.
  • Registration is managed by MPAC (Municipal Property Assessment Corporation) and the Township Clerk.
  • You can and should check your elector status by using the MPAC VoterLookup website. You should do this before July 31st because MPAC will be closing its system shortly after that date in order to prepare its preliminary list of electors for submission to Carling’s clerk by September 1st.  We suggest that you verify your registration status on VoterLookup well in advance of July 31st.
  • You can register or verify your status through the MPAC Voter Lookup website via the following link: https://www.voterlookup.ca
  • You will need to input your Carling address or roll number from your Carling tax bill.
  • Watch a short video on how to use Voter Lookup here:
  • If you have any problem with the MPAC system, simply send an email with your details, including your Carling property address and roll number, to the Clerk or place a phone call to her to ask for confirmation that you are on the voters’ list and,  if not, to be added to the list.
  • If you miss the MPAC VoterLookup deadline, you are still able to register by contacting the Clerk, Mackenzie Taylor, by October 24th.
  • The Clerk is Mackenzie Taylor, Records Clerk/ Deputy Clerk
